Daisy Cakes, the South Carolina base company that was recently discovered on Season 2 of ABC’s “Shark Tank,” and owner/cake/ baker, Kim Adams Nelson, will be making a sweet debut in Miami Beach during the 2012 Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival, Feb. 23-26.
Kim Adams Nelson also known as Kin Daisy changed her future when she convinced judge and investor Barbara Corcoran to invest $50,000 into the business, during the episode of “Shark Tank” on ABC.
Kim Daisy’s homemade cakes will make an appearance at two festival events including: Moët Hennessy's “The Q,” which will be held Thursday, Feb. 23, beachside at the Delano; and “The Best Thing I Ever Ate” at “Late Night Bites & Sweets,” on Saturday, Feb. 25, at the Ritz-Carlton South Beach.
The best part for cake lovers- they are all invited to sample signature flavors of the handmade cakes, each created by Kim.

Our 5 stars experience with Daisy’s Cakes:
Kim Adam sent to Miami Fashion Spotlight her best seller cake “Daisy’s Carrot Cake”.
Lissette Rondon (Founder of Miami Fashion Spotlight) and her team had the opportunity to taste and share this fabulous 4 layers cake with our Miami’s Celebrity Chef Jackie (she loved it!) and a lot of women of our community.
The fabulous cake that includes one pound of carrots with not to sweet cream cheese icing made an impression in every person that tasted it.
Congrats Kim, everybody enjoyed their “slice of Love”!
